Register for the XXI Kaader Film Festival
17.-25. The Kaader film festival will take place in October, bringing together approximately 50 film teams. If you would like your team to be among them, please fill out the registration form below.
The most important thing when making a selection is the team’s motivation letter or video.

- Filming: 17. okt 12:00 → 18. okt 12:00 (24 h)
- Screenings from October 20th at Rapla Cinema
- Final 24 Oct Okta Centrum
Participation
- Up to 50 teams (selection based on motivational video/letter)
- Participation fee: €160 / team → includes 5 tickets (October 17–25, incl. after-party)
- If there are more members in the team who wish to participate in the festival in Rapla, the regular ticket price will be added.
- Filming and completion can be done anywhere in Estonia; participation is possible remotely
Movie requirements
- Duration: up to 5:00 (+ subtitles up to 0:30)
- Format: MP4
- Resolution: up to 1920 × 1080 px when submitted (a larger original can be attached separately)
- Copyright: All content must be legal.
Scoring & selection
- The jury will evaluate all films.
- Top 10 will be screened on October 24th at Okta Centrum (names/ranking will be announced in the hall)

Other
- Preparations are allowed before 17.10 at 14:00
- The participant grants the organizer the right to show the film within the festival and in marketing.
