The NGO Filmidu implemented the project “Strengthening audiovisual creative and film culture in Rapla County”.
The aim of the project was to strengthen the film culture and audiovisual creative sector in Rapla County by creating better conditions for implementing community events, film initiatives and youth creative activities.
As part of the project, editing, video and lighting equipment was purchased, which significantly improved the opportunities for organizing local cultural and film events in Rapla County.
The implementation of the XIX and XX Kaader Film Festival is supported by the Rapla County Partnership Council’s Community Promotion Measure.
