Kaader has been a cornerstone of the Raplamaa cultural landscape since 2006. Since 2006. The festival is unique in Estonia, as all films are completed within 24 hours.
Films will be ready in 24 hours at the Kaader Film Festival
Kaader is a traditional film event. The Frame Film Festival offers participants the exciting challenge of making their own short film over the course of a day, while gaining film training and practice.
Although there are several film festivals in Estonia, Kaader is unique in that the films are made on location within 24 hours, while retaining content and technical excellence.
