In less than two months, Estonia’s most unique film festival, Kaader, will take place for the nineteenth time. This year, films will again be made within 24 hours, but the organisers have introduced a new change.
Filming takes place on different days
While in the past the festival has started on a Friday and all film teams have been given a common start, this year the films will be shot on different days. The film teams will be divided into three categories – youth films, student films and older or generically named short films.
No need to come to Rapla to film
Also, this year you don’t have to come to Rapla to start or end the filming, you can film all over Estonia. The organisers will announce the exact conditions for filming in October.
